Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows. Apply the powder onto the brow using the Mini Duo Angled Spooley Brush #7. Use the spooley brush to pull the color through. Use both shades of Brow Powder Duo to create an even finish that has natural highlights and lowlights. Apply the darker shade to areas that have little to no hair, and then the lighter shade over both the darker shade and the rest of the brows.
