For best result use daily. 1\. Apply Smart Lip Plumping Serum onto clean and dry lips--apply ONLY on lips. Allow serum to absorb 60 seconds. 2\. Power on PMD Kiss. Firmly press Plumping Tip onto your lip creating a tight seal to get the best vacuum suction for plumping. 3\. Use PMD Kiss on the 6 sections of your lips.
